Dialyze Direct helps to reduce rehospitalization by using the best-in-class care models, along with NxStage Portable Home Dialysis Machines, to deliver gentler, more comfortable dialysis to patients in skilled nursing facilities. Our unique model promotes better quality of life and improved health outcomes.
