Respite Care Not sure
Assisted Living is right for you or your loved one? Respite care
allows you to spend a trial period in one of our assisted living suites.
Our respite care program can also provide caregivers a rest from the
day-to-day responsibilities of providing care, while allowing your loved
one to sample living in the Poland community.
Skilled Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Services
When skilled nursing or rehabilitation is
needed, our Boardman campus is just a short drive away. Licensed
and certified as a Medicare and Medicaid provider, the Boardman site
provides the highest level of nursing and rehabilitation services.
Home Health Care
Shepherd of the Valley Home Health Care is
a Medicare-certified agency that provides a full spectrum of in-home
services from skilled medical services to personal care. We also
teach our clients and family members about at-home care procedures.
